IMPORTANT NOTE: Intel Web Design Effects requires Microsoft Internet Explorer* 4.0 or Netscape Navigator* 4.0 with Intel Web Design Effects plug-in for viewing. Download Description proctex.exe (664 KB) If you have installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, download the updated Web Design Effects playback now: Download this self-extracting application to your system. Run the application ( a dialog box will pop-up) Choose the unzip button to copy the setup program into the unzip folder. By default this folder is c:\temp\proctexe, however you have the option to change it. Click OK after WinZip Self-Extractor completes successfully. Close the WinZip Self-Extractor.
